Patagonia
Patagonia is a company known for its efforts to help preserve the environment. In doing so they have come up with gear that is as effective as it is eco-friendly. One such product is the MLC Dawn Patrol travel pack.
The pack material is 100% recycled polyester made from used pop bottles and worn out garments and features a polyurethane coating and a DWR to help keep your items dry. It is a front loading pack consisting of a main compartment, padded laptop sleeve, and a lined & vented waterproof wet pocket. The wet pocket allows you to keep damp or soiled garments or shoes seperate from your clean garments. This pack has enough room to fit 3 days worth of clothing while still conforming to carry-on dimensions. Inside the main compartment are 3 organizer sleeves and a zippered mesh pocket to help keep you organised.
On the exterior of the pack there is a large pocket on the front suitable for carrying your travel documents. There is a zippered side pocket and a water bottle sleeve as well. On the top of the bag there is a zippered fleece lined pocket which is good for keeping your sunglasses, Mp3 player, or phone safe.
The Dawn Patrol has an adjustable contoured shoulder harness with a sternum strap and a simple waist belt. On the front of the pack there are two compression straps to help stabilize the load or carry items on the outside of the pack such as a skateboard. The pack also has a carrying handle on the top. Both the back panel and the shoulder straps are designed with wicking mesh to help keep sweat at bay.
